In the US there has been a certain "standard" of what beauty should and shouldn't be. Those who don’t fit the tiny definition of what's right in fashion as well as society have been cast aside.

This is a painting I've been working on after I saw so much negativity when @jarijones showed nothing but strength, after being reemed on social media because she is a black trans woman on the Calvin Klein ad in NY. Derogatory words were thrown at her, which almost dimmed all the #acceptance the ad should have shown. She was also the first black trans woman to produce a film 🎥 at Cannes Film Festival called Port Authority.
