 I always ask my friends and family who follow me on social media to give me pictures of their kiddos, family and close-ups for reference photos. This is how I get good reference photos!  This photo was taken by an epic black n white photographer Samuel Gulpan, and I'm naming this painting "Hey, Lillian" I feel like her eyes speak volumes and really are saying Hello! I took my time with this piece and enjoyed going back to black and white more than I knew <3
